This offer spans all seasons of the year so expect executive head chef Chris Cleghorn to vary the ingredients from which he creates his award-winning dishes, but expect them also to remain outstanding, whether enjoyed in late autumn’s fog and frosts or when the snowdrops and daffodils have been and gone, and spring’s limbering up.

Our lovely Michelin Key rooms are as sumptuous as our food; we’ll leave you a small gift in them and, subject to availability, you’ll have priority for an upgrade.
